Jan Bradshaw is the Owner and Managing Broker of The Bradshaw Group, serving Greenwood, Lake Greenwood, and the surrounding South Carolina communities. She began her real estate career in 2003, earned her broker's license in 2010, and established The Bradshaw Group in 2012. Her experience includes residential real estate, relocation, marketing, and helping buyers and sellers navigate important property decisions. With extensive knowledge of the Lake Greenwood area, Jan helps clients explore opportunities ranging from waterfront homes to properties suited for retirement or relocation.
